Administrative Assistant - Shan, India


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shan, India. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash
- Assist with planning company events and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month
