Restaurant Manager in Lahore, Pakistan


We are searching for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintaining quality standards and maximizing profits.

Your main duties will include hiring and training staff, creating schedules, and monitoring inventory and expenses. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. You must be able to work under pressure and make quick decisions while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided with this job but visa sponsorship is available.
