Office Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling administrative tasks, and supervising office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Maintain employee records and update HR files
- Prepare reports on office activities and expenses
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Supervise office staff and provide ongoing training and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates)
