Senior Land Surveyor

As a Senior Land Surveyor in our dynamic and growing company, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable surveying services for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position is based in Sheduva, Canada and is open to English-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment including GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Train and mentor junior surveyors
- Maintain accurate records of all survey work
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for drafting surveys
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Valid driver's license
