Job Title: Experienced Sales Manager


We are a rapidly growing company in the city of Mauren, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales department, driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and establish new partnerships
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
