Sales Manager (Pakistan)


We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies in the Pakistani market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets in the Pakistani market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Pakistani market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with drive for results
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools such as CRM software
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Urdu or other local languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with commission based on performance.
