Sales Manager - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a dynamic and growing sales company in Triesen, seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify potential new clients and build relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Train and mentor sales team to drive performance and reach targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
