CNC Operator for Manufacturing Company in Nairobi, Kenya (Nepali Nationals Preferred)


Our manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products using computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC machines, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read engineering drawings and blueprints to understand product requirements
- Program machines using computer software
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform regular maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with programming software such as G-code and M-code
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
