We are a leading manufacturing company in Nairobi, Kenya seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine setup and production methods
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for each job
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed
