Experienced Plasterer


Our construction company in Herzliya is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plastering and must be proficient in all aspects of the trade. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create decorative finishes using different textures and patterns
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Proficient in various techniques such as skim coating, drywall taping, and sanding
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
