Baker for Indian Bakery in Jerusalem



We are searching for a skilled Baker to join our team at our Indian bakery in Jerusalem. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality and consistency in all products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods according to recipes and customer orders
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure quality and consistency in all products
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of ingredients, measurements, and baking techniques
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- English speaking with knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred

Salary: 1100 USD per month
