Project Manager - Construction (Nizwa, Philippines)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Nizwa. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage project costs and maintain accurate records of expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports on project progress, risks, and issues for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Good understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills

Salary:
