Construction Manager
We are currently hiring a Construction Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, managing project timelines and budgets, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building processes and materials. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role as you will be working closely with various stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
