Software Tester - Quality Assurance


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team in Shan, India. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to customers. Your role will involve designing test plans, executing test cases, and reporting any bugs or issues to the development team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software products
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1100 per month
