Florist Assistant


We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As a Florist Assistant, you will assist the lead florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creative eye and a passion for flowers to develop their skills and gain experience in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in creating and arranging floral designs
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, cutting, and conditioning
- Assist with flower deliveries and set up for events
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a floral shop or event setting preferred
- Passion for flowers and design with an eye for detail
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Physically able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Own visa or valid work permit
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
