A reputable construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking experienced welders to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components based on specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, with the added benefit of a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding method based on material and project specifications
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using proper techniques
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder in a construction setting
- Proficient in various welding methods including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or training in welding techniques
- Experience working with different types of metals such as steel, aluminum, or stainless steel
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines without compromising on quality
