Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. As this position requires managing a team, excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers as needed
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation such as permits and licenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
1300$ per month
