A welding company in Bayan is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided. Both experienced welders and those without experience are welcome to apply. This position is open to Malayalees, Filipinos, and other nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Bayan.

As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, or specifications
- Using specialized equipment to cut, shape, fit, or join metal parts
- Maintaining welding equipment and tools
- Inspecting completed work for quality assurance
- Following safety procedures at all times

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a welder or completion of a welding program
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and dexterity for working in various positions for extended periods of time
