Senior Architect - Moscow


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and client communication. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final construction
- Develop detailed designs and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and review construction progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts
- Stay current on industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design
- Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Moscow

Nationality/Location preference: Indian candidates preferred but open to all nationalities living in Moscow.

Language requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required.

Experience requirement: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design.
