Administrator - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily administrative operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Manage the flow of information within the company and ensure that all documents are accurately filed and readily accessible.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to schedule meetings, gather information, and provide updates as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Indian nationality preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
