We are searching for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a well-established bakery in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
- Ensure all products are made according to recipes and standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional baker
- Experience working with various types of equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of baking techniques and best practices
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one upon hiring
