Executive Chef for High-End Restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at our high-end restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Source and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients for all dishes
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent culinary skills with strong knowledge of various international cuisines
- Ability to create unique flavor combinations using seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food cost control techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Exceptional time management skills
- Biometric passport (Filipino nationality preferred)
Salary:
Starting salary is $1400 USD per month, with potential for increases based on performance.
