As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and other related equipment. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, preparing installation plans, mounting and wiring solar panels, and testing the system for proper functioning. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process. Other responsibilities may include providing customer support and educating clients on the benefits of solar energy.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and experience with construction or installation work. A degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should be physically fit and able to work at heights while adhering to safety protocols.

This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients and team members on a regular basis. Fluency in English is a must while knowledge of other languages is considered an asset. You should also possess good problem-solving abilities and pay close attention to detail.

As this is a full-time position, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines. The salary for this role starts at $1600 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
