Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch, Canada. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work without accommodation and have free visa and ticket

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating architectural plans and drawings for new construction, renovations, and extensions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare construction documents including detailed drawings, specifications, and material lists
