Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to architects and engineers in the design and construction of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design drawings and specifications
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Dickirch

Preference: This job is open for candidates from Egypt or Canada who are fluent in English.
