Office Manager (Egyptian and Nepali candidates preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks within the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including but not limited to email correspondence, phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Handle payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and budget reports.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and external parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR processes is a plus.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
