Protection Officer



The protection officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals, property, and assets within their assigned location. They will be based in Al-Wakra, Qatar and will primarily work with Filipino nationals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, be comfortable working without previous experience in a similar role, and be willing to relocate without company-provided accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect any security threats
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies
- Enforce access control measures to restrict unauthorized entry into the premises
- Conduct searches of individuals and vehicles as required
- Write detailed reports on all security-related incidents and activities

Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential
- Previous experience as a security guard or similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must be willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid Qatar driver's license
