The Head Pastry Chef will oversee all aspects of the pastry department at our luxury resort in Khasab. This includes creating and executing menus, training and managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, with experience in both traditional and modern techniques. They must also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring budget goals are met. They must have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all pastries. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating delicious desserts that not only look beautiful but also exceed our guests' expectations. This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month and the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals at our exclusive resort in Khasab. Preference will be given to African or Egyptian candidates with excellent English communication skills.
