Job Title: Indian Chef in Izhevsk, Russia


As an Indian Chef at our restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers. You will use your expertise in Indian cuisine to create a menu that showcases the flavors and spices of India while also appealing to the local Russian palate.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipe execution
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portion size
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and cost control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also following traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication skills in English is preferred but not required
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
