Office Assistant - Muharraq, Bahrain
We are a busy office in Muharraq seeking a skilled and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will support our daily operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Handle inquiries from clients in a professional manner
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
