We are in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online conversations, forums, and social media platforms to ensure that all content follows community guidelines and standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be eligible to work in Portugal. While experience is preferred, this position is open to candidates without previous moderator experience. This is an urgent contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Your main duties will include reviewing user-generated content for compliance, resolving conflicts or issues between users, and escalating any violations or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members. You must also be able to work independently and proactively identify potential problems or risks.
