Job Title: Hotel Manager (Indian Applicants)



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Train and manage staff to ensure high quality service standards are met
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain regular customers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other department heads to create a positive work culture and efficient communication within the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Indian applicants with valid work authorization are preferred.
