Hotel Manager for Indian Applicants in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all departments within the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback surveys and take appropriate action to address any issues.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
