Sales Representative

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Almada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with solutions that meet their requirements. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the given time frame.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including potential leads, follow-ups, and sales results.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market changes.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel) is required; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers towards purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as objection handling, closing deals, etc.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
