As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for creating smooth and durable surfaces on walls and ceilings by applying and finishing plaster. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling cracks and holes, and cleaning them
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios and apply it evenly on surfaces using hand or power tools
- Create decorative finishes using different techniques such as stucco, texturing, or molding
- Smooth out uneven areas and remove excess plaster to achieve a polished finish
- Repair damaged plaster on existing structures
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with an eye for symmetry and precision

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month. The duration of the contract will depend on the project requirements.
