Experienced Mason

We are a construction company based in Beer-Sheva and we are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in masonry work and must be fluent in English. This position is open to both Malayalees and foreigners with a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with the possibility of overtime pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of brick, block, and stone work according to blueprints and specifications
- Lay out foundations, walls, floors, and other structures using measuring tools
- Mix mortar and spread it evenly to ensure proper adhesion
- Install reinforcing materials such as rods or wire mesh as needed
- Use hand and power tools to cut or shape bricks, blocks, or stones to fit specific areas
- Repair or replace damaged bricks, blocks, or stones as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason in a construction setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and following specifications accurately
- Ability to use various hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
