Job Title: Librarian - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library collection, providing reference and research assistance to patrons, and promoting library resources and services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Library Science or Information Science and at least 2 years of experience working in a library setting. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library collection by cataloging, classifying, and shelving materials
- Provide reference and research assistance to patrons
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote library resources and services
- Assist with collection development by selecting materials for purchase
- Train library staff on proper procedures for managing the collection
- Maintain accurate records of library usage and circulation statistics

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Library Science or Information Science
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of library management systems and databases

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must be able to secure their own housing.
