We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Acre, Canada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the properties.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Communicate with tenants and property managers regarding any repairs or maintenance work.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus).
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary.

Salary:
$1200 per month.
