Plasterboard Worker



A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls and ceilings in various construction projects.

As a Plasterboard Worker, you should have experience with installing and finishing plasterboard, as well as knowledge of relevant tools and equipment. You must also be able to work independently, follow safety protocols, and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools
- Apply tape, joint compound, and other materials to seal joints and create a smooth finish
- Repair any damaged or uneven surfaces prior to plasterboard installation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Clean up job site after completion of project
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards, tools, and equipment used in installation and finishing processes
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per week. Accommodation may be provided depending on availability.

Location:
This position is located in the United States. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US with a valid biometric passport.
