We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing various commercial projects such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. Your role will involve creating detailed plans and blueprints, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the planning and construction processes to ensure that projects meet all safety and building regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure completion within set deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect
- Proven experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role with the option for flexible hours. Accommodation can also be provided for candidates who require it.
