Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist with the design and development of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and architectural plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential project sites
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Assist with developing project proposals and budgets
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Work with contractors and engineers to ensure project timelines are met
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
- Complete administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for commercial architecture and design

Preferred Skills:
While not required, the following skills would be considered an asset:
- Experience working on commercial projects (internship or co-op experience)
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
Salary: 1700$ per month
