Cashier for Retail Store in Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail store in Herzliya, Israel. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or concerns
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Bag merchandise for customers and provide assistance with carrying items to their vehicles if needed
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Participate in inventory counts as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, returns, exchanges, and store opening/closing procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Applicants must be available to work weekends.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located at our retail store in Herzliya, Israel.
