We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Herzliya! As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. We welcome Indian nationals with or without English proficiency, as well as freshers who are eager to learn and gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and cut metal pieces accurately
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Weld metal parts together using various techniques (e.g. spot welding, butt welding)
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while working with hot metals
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role (1+ years)
- Strong understanding of welding principles and techniques
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy objects
- Attention to detail with high-quality workmanship
- Valid visa sponsorship preferred but not required
