Contract Concierge in Oslo

We are in need of a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.

Your main duties will include greeting guests, answering inquiries, making reservations for restaurants and events, arranging transportation services, and assisting with any other requests or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and other common areas, as well as assisting with general administrative tasks.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is not required but highly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.
