Handyman/Handywoman



We are hiring a skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Remish. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. You should have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. Attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing walls, and replacing fixtures
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and other household items
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings
- Complete minor carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or similar role
- Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1700 per month
