Insurance Adjuster for Indian Nationals in Nairobi


We are in search of an experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the appropriate amount of compensation to be paid to policyholders. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Conduct thorough investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts
- Evaluate damages and losses to determine the amount of compensation owed to policyholders
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports of all claim activities
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nairobi
- Previous experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500 USD per month.
