We are looking for a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your main duties will include selecting and purchasing flowers, arranging them in a visually appealing way, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for flowers and creativity. Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required. You should also have excellent time management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for different occasions
- Selecting and purchasing high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Arranging flowers in a visually pleasing way using various techniques
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Managing inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, suitable for both men and women. The working schedule may vary depending on the demand for floral services.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
