Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and software applications
- Maintain computer networks by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate security measures
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Keep track of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our database

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Customer-oriented with a patient and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Oslo. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently studying in Oslo.
