Senior Gardener

As a Senior Gardener in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of all outdoor spaces on our property. This includes gardens, lawns, and other green areas. Your main goal will be to ensure that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained, visually appealing, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute seasonal planting and landscaping projects
- Monitor the health of plants, identify any diseases or pests, and take appropriate action
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and mowing
- Troubleshoot irrigation systems and make necessary repairs
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Train and supervise a team of gardeners to assist with daily tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to plan events or activities that require special outdoor setups
- Keep records of plant inventory, maintenance schedules, and expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and their specific care requirements
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscaping tools
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy objects and use manual tools safely
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and other departments

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
