Carpenter - Residential Construction


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing residential construction team in Atlanta. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential construction and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk lines, or marking gauges
- Cut, shape and join materials using hand tools and power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware using carpenter's hand or power tools
- Follow all safety procedures while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential construction is required
- Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Possess own basic carpentry tools
- Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (open to candidates of any nationality)
